Euro Dream over?
« on: July 29, 2010, 12:35:34 PM »

How are we all feeling after last night's result?

The huns are gloating, the media are having a field day and David James has opted for Bristol City over us - WTF!?!

I didn't see the game last night, only the goals. I didn't think it was a penalty, Loovens was piss poor and lost concentration (there's a shock) for the second and the third I felt Zaluska should have had it!

For me, we need to bolster that back four as I think we still look ropey even on paper at the back! has Hinkel played his last game for Celtic as he wasn't even registered for the squad for the Champions League!

Terrible feelin of deja vu last night.  We got sketchy coverage on the internet via portuguese tv.  No one stood out, to be honest it didn't look as if much had changed from last season.  11 strangers trying to play as a team, no real leadership or direction, terrible at the back and never looked like scoring.  Surely we cant be expected to endure another season like the last one.  When alls said and done, the League has to be the priority!!!

This game came way to early for us, new signings given no time to gell. I suppose the question has to be asked. If we knew we would have to play this qualifier at this time should the signings not have been tied up earlier and given a chance to establish at least a basic understanding with each other. To early for doom & gloom

A new day dawns in London, good opportunity to find the line up that may give us a fighting chance for the return leg against what in all honesty did not look a great team.
